A black criminal subculture has a monopoly on inner-cities across America. The hood is its asylum to operate with impunity. As a gesture of appreciation, the criminals may sometimes perform acts of altruism such as, providing turkeys on Thanksgiving, sponsoring basketball tournaments, or even “making it rain” at local strip clubs. In the hood, this is how a criminal and community liability becomes a hero, while a true hero and community asset like Kendal Fenwick is treated like a hero sandwich.
